Research on strawberry macarons pt.1
So as promised, I started on baking macarons. ehem. strawberry ones.
I followed the recipe, step by step, but somehow, the mixture didn't stick. Too diluted.
Anyhow, tak jadi... :(
But it was fun, seeing the looks of my younger siblings when they saw the mixture, wasted good almonds though but worth it I'll say. :P
Well, since I'm so free the whole of hols, I think I'll try again tomorrow and hopefully, it works. :)Labels: macarons, research, strawberry
